Cancellation Policy
In consideration of our other guests and service providers we ask that if you need to cancel an appointment please allow as much notice as possible. Any appointment cancellations or rescheduling of appointment must be made before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. All appointments require a credit card authorization to secure a spot with your stylist. Our Stylists' time is valuable and therefor any cancellations, last minute rescheduling or missed appointments (no show) will result in a 50% of the reserved service(s) price.
